Why should we drink water?

About 60% of the human body is made of water. This indicates that your daily water intake has a significant impact on all bodily processes. Not only does water quench your thirst, but it also supports optimal bodily function. Humans often lose a lot of water through breathing, sweating, urinating, and evaporating. Since taking enough water will keep your body happy and healthy, it is crucial that you should replenish the loss water.

What does water do to your body?

-controls the body's temperature
-moisturizes the tissues in the mouth, nose, and eyes.
-shields bodily structures and organs
-delivers oxygen and nutrients to cells
-fuels joints
-reduces the load on the liver and kidneys by eliminating waste -dissolves nutrients and minerals so that your body can access them.

What is the recommended daily intake of water?

Every individual has a varying daily intake of water depending on their health, where they live, and how active they are. However, doctors do advise that women should drink about 2 liters, or 8 glasses of water daily and men should drink about 2.6 liters, or 10 glasses.

How can we make drinking water a habit?

The majority of people thought that plain water could be replaced by soda, coffee, sweetened drinks, and lemon juice. Water is present in all those drinks, but it is in such a small amount that we may suppose it couldn't make up for the water that was lost. As a result, you should re- schedule your water intake. It might sound complicated but in fact it is not. You can just set how many glasses of waters you should take in the morning, afternoon, and night. You have to be dedicated to drinking enough water if you truly love your body, as it contributes to both your health and appearance.
